Since 2009, Avitec Tools Inc. has been AS 9100 certified and has proven that its activities were consistent with the standards required by the aviation industry. Conscious of the severity of the process, the company is extremely proud of this achievement and is confident in its ability to increase its activities in the aerospace market.

Our expertise in manufacturing complex parts, jigs and fixtures has facilitated our progress in the manufacturing of aircraft components.

Today we can offer our aerospace customers a variety of standard machining options such as milling, grinding and turning as well as more specific tasks like deep drilling, honing and surface grinding.

Beyond manufacturing, we also offer an inspection service (Zeiss CMM) to help other manufacturers reduce their workload or to help those who do not have the adequate equipment to do these tasks. Our inspectors are meticulous and will provide all the necessary documents in accordance with aviation requirements or according to customer needs.

We invest a lot of energy to continually improve our skills and production capacity. Moreover, we have the machinery and the necessary requirements to meet the needs of the industry and furthermore wish to focus on these specializations.
