Avitec Tools Inc. dominates Quebec’s market in the design and manufacturing of specialized cutting tools, aeronautical parts, ground support equipment, jigs and other specialized high performance services.
The organization now counts forty employees, many of whom are part of the company since its beginning. This stability is a major force for service quality as well as knowledge sharing within the company. The workforce consists of machinists, engineers, quality control managers and administrative staff. Our employees are the heart of our actions and it is due to their complementary expertise that our company knows such a great success. In collaboration with Emploi –Québec, we have actually started the program Investissements Compétences, which consists on the internal transfers of skills and expertise of everyone.
